How Our Rigs Are Actually Built
We are a trading and engineering company based in Shandong, China. Rigs are built in partner factories that we have worked with for years, to specifications we set and against inspections we carry out.
That model keeps the range broad — portable units, crawler core rigs and deep-hole machines — without pretending we own a plant we do not. What we do control is the specification, the inspection record and the export packing.
You deal with one contact who knows the machine, the factory and the shipping schedule — not with a directory of middlemen.

Anti-corrosion wrap, secure anchoring and a container plan drawn for each order.
Production Process
Six stages from order release to container loading.

Cutting, welding and alignment of mast and chassis.

Pressure Test

Rotation & Feed Test
All rotation steps and feed speeds run under load and recorded.
Pull-Back Test
Rated pull-back applied to confirm winch, chuck and mast behaviour.
Electrical Check
Insulation, earth continuity and interlock function verified.
Alignment Check
Mast squareness and chuck alignment measured against drawing.
Documentation
Test sheet, manual and parts list packed with the machine.
Safety-Focused Manufacturing
Drilling rigs injure people when guards, interlocks and pressure limits are treated as optional. We specify them as standard.
